Rainham and Wennington Ward Panel Meeting

Just like to thank everyone who attended our ward panel meeting yesterday and provide an update on some of the issues raised.

The Bell Public House Broadway Rainham. I have spoken to staff at West and Coe and sent the following e mail.

Subject: Dangerous Building Concern – The Ship Public House

Dear Kaye,

I am writing to raise concerns regarding the condition of The Bell Public House, which appears to be in a dangerous and deteriorating state.

In particular, there are gaps in the external fencing surrounding the premises, which are allowing children and other members of the public to gain access to the site. Given the condition of the building, this presents a significant safety risk, with the potential for injury from unstable structures, debris, or other hazards within the property.

I would be grateful if this matter could be assessed as a priority and any necessary measures taken to secure the site and prevent unauthorised access.
